## Description

Excellent, well maintained Cherokee 6 300. New paint, excellent interior, low time engine, great glass, complete logs, and no damage history.

Airframe: Very nice dry country aircraft with no significant corrosion, no damage history, and complete logs.

Engine/Mods/Prop: IO 540-K1A5 Lycoming. The engine was disassembled for overhaul. The lower end was completely overhauled IAW Lycoming recommendations. Cylinders were installed in 4/2005. Engine time is 133 SMOH and 5 STOH.

Interior/Exterior: Exterior was new 6 months ago. Interior is like new with 6-place non-club seating.

Avionics/Equipment: KA 134 audio panel, KR 86 ADF, SL 60 GPS/Com, GTX 327 transponder, Uavionix tail beacon, SL 40 Com, GPS 696 panel mount, Nav 122 vor/loc/gs, Nav 121 vor/loc, Cobham 406 MH ELT, EDM 700 engine analyzer.
