## Description

This 1977 Commander 690B has flown a total of 5,042 hours since it was new. The left engine has flown 5,042 hours since new and 5,748 hours since a major overhaul. The right engine has flown 4,983 hours since new and 5,688 hours since a major overhaul. Both engines had new 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stage turbine wheels, new compressor bearings, and new 3rd stators replaced during a hot section inspection. The propellers were overhauled in 2009. 

The interior features two crew seats, a forward side-facing seat opposite the entry door, two aft-facing club seats, and a forward-facing two-place bench. The interior is finished in Dove Grey Leather. The passenger seats have under-seat storage drawers, and the crew seats have sheepskin seat covers and Jeppesen chart holders. The headliner is Ultraleather and Ultrasuede with wool trim, custom cabin window reveals, and polished accessories. There are also two executive writing tables and Commander 840 style refreshment storage centers.

The exterior has a white upper fuselage, a grey lower fuselage, and silver and blue accents. 

The aircraft will be delivered with a fresh 150-hour/annual inspection. It has complied with SB 241 and has a clean 36-month clean wing spar with 2 years remaining, which qualifies for extension. The aircraft has always been based in the US and has excellent logs and records with no damage history.
