Low time, well maintained 1977 Turbo Aztec F. 3900 total time. Right engine 1109 SMOH (1999) and left engine 859 SMOH (2002). All cylinder compressions were in the mid-70s or higher. Both props were 1148 SMOH. Annual inspection was completed in December 2025.

Avionics include Garmin 530W, Century NSD-360A slaved HSI, Insight GEM603 engine monitors, GTX345 ADS-B transponder, Garmin GMA345BT audio panel, Piper Century III autopilot, radar altimeter, Avionics Innovations AICDIII CD player, KX-155 Comm2, Shadin Digiflow-L fuel flow, CO detector, and ACK E-04 406b ELT.

The aircraft has 6-place oxygen and factory deice. Recent work includes new tires and tubes, new vacuum pumps, new prop governors, rebuilt RE turbo system, new voltage regulators, new parking brake valves, new nose baggage door seal, three new fuel bladders, several new oil, intake and hydraulic hoses, and rebuilt gear door actuators. It has massive and fine-wire spark plugs and harnesses. The aircraft has huge baggage compartments, Janitrol heater, and has been hangared. No known damage history. Logs are available from 1994 forward.
