## Description

Well-built and documented airplane with a fresh 180 hp Lycoming IO-360 and about 30 hours since overhaul. The airframe presents very well with excellent paint. The interior is serviceable but dated.

Highlights include a 70 gallon fuel capacity, extended and short tips, a new propeller with about 30 hours, and new Emag and Bendix magnetos. Logs for the airframe, engine, and propeller are complete. The airframe is straight and the airplane flies hands off.
