2006 Robinson R44 Raven II with air conditioning.

Exterior base color is red with gray trim. N-numbers are painted on. Interior is gray leather. Equipment includes vertical card compass, digital clock, nine hole panel, artificial horizon with slip/skid, directional gyro, turn coordinator, Garmin 430 GPS/Com/Nav with CDI, marker beacon, King com, NAT AA12S audio controller, Garmin GTX 330 transponder, ELT, four bubble windows, Bose wiring, floor inserts, and ground handling wheels. Headsets shown in photos are not included.

New MRBs were installed in June 2018 at 1294 hours TT. Fuel bladders are installed. ADS-B Out is installed with Tail Beacon. Cargo hook included. Last annual/100 hour inspection was performed in July 2023. Aircraft will be delivered with a fresh annual inspection, including new tail rotor blades. All applicable ADs were current through the July 2023 annual inspection. All RHC SBs were performed through SB-90 except SB-87, 88, and 89. 12-year inspection has not been performed.
