## Description

2018 Vans RV-12 E-LSA with Rotax 912ULS engine.

The aircraft has 397.5 tach hours. It has been maintained regularly, with oil changes at least every 25 hours using Sport4+ oil and genuine Rotax filters. The carburetors were rebuilt by Lockwood Aviation in December 2025. All service bulletins are up to date.

Equipment includes a Dynon SkyView HDX 10-inch screen, Dynon two-axis autopilot, Garmin GTR 200, ADS-B in and out, and trim/autopilot disconnect switches on the sticks.
