Continental 4 cylinder  Aircraft Engine with Magnetos, Carburetor, and Engine Mount. No data plate. A Tech Rep at Continental Aerospace Technologies was able to determine the engine's date of manufacture confirmed to be 1/23/48 and determined the engine model could only be identified as a C-75/85/90, based on the case serial number .  Tear down of the engine would yield more part numbers that could further aid in specifying the exact model designation. The engine and mount are supposed to have originated from an early Emigh Trojan, a 2-seat trainer from the same era, which would make it a C-85.  If correct, the Emigh Trojan originally used a C-85 with welded steel tube engine mount in its early models, before later replacing the mount with a newer magnesium design. Contact CAT technical support directly for details - I don't work for them.  There do not seem to be provisions on the accessory housing for accessories other than the magnetos, but the bowersflybaby website offers modifications for electric starting, for use with homebuilt/experimental aircraft applications.
