This listing is for the pictured  BOEING 747-400 HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TRIM ACTUATOR. Part number 65B80562-37. NEW IN CRATE (Overhauled). This has been fully overhauled by Avborne Accessory Group Inc., in Miami, Florida and it comes with the FAA paperwork (FAA form 8130-3, airworthiness approval tag). And the original invoice from when this was overhauled at a cost of $29,000. I have redacted names and phone numbers on this paperwork on the Ebay pictures. But you will receive the original non-redacted paperwork. In addition to the paperwork pictured, I also have   the Continental Airlines accident reporting records, the bill of sale, the warranty bill of sale, the NDT request form, the parts requisition form, the accessory process in teardown traveler form, the authorized release certificate, the shipping ticket, the work order form, the packing slip, the invoice, and the aircraft record.
