Description
The Airbus A330-300 is based on the A300 airframe. It can seat 335 passengers in a two-class setup and has a range of up to 6,350 nautical miles. It was developed alongside the A340 and uses the fly-by-wire controls that were first used in the A320 family. In 2013, Airbus made a 'Regional' version for shorter routes with lots of passengers, which can carry 400 people. The first A330neo was being made in 2015 and launched with TAP Portugal in 2017. Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines are the main users of the A330-300.
