Description
The ATR 72-500 is a multi-purpose turboprop aircraft. As an evolution of versions -100 and -200, the ATR 72-500 brings many improvements. It has a greater range of 1600 km (863 nm). The two Pratt & Whitney Canada PW-127F engines are more powerful and efficient. The ATR 72-500 can carry 74 people or 7,050 kg of cargo. The maximum takeoff weight is 22.5 tonnes.
