Description
The Boeing 747-400F is a cargo version of the 747-400. It has updated avionics and wing structure like the passenger version. The upper deck is shorter, and there are no windows except in the cockpit. It has a nose-loading door that allows cargo to be loaded from the front and side. It first entered service in 1993 and the last one was delivered in 2008. Primary operators include Air Bridge Cargo, Polar Air Cargo, and Atlas Air.
