Description
The Boeing 777-300ER is a popular plane that was first made in 2004. As of March 2016, Boeing had made over 630 of these planes. It uses 10% less fuel than the smaller 777 models and can carry 400 passengers for almost 7,370 nautical miles. The plane is powered by GE90-115B turbofan engines, which are very powerful. These engines are only a little smaller than the width of a Boeing 737 plane. The 777-300ER has the same six-wheeled landing gear as the -200ER and -200LR models, but it has an extra emergency exit on the side of the plane. Some of the main airlines that use the 777-300ER are Emirates and Cathay Pacific.
