This is a well-maintained 1952 Dehavilland DHC-2 Beaver. It has a fresh annual inspection with the sale. The aircraft has been maintained by a top DeHavilland maintenance facility in Eastern Canada. It has an Alaska Door & Cabin extension and EDO 4930 floats. The aircraft has had an ultrasonic inspection of the doorposts and upper clevis bolt, which need replacement due to a 15-year limit. The wing strut has also had an ultrasonic inspection. All required AD's that have not been done will be completed. The aircraft was previously registered in the US. The empty weight on floats is 3603 lbs. The gross weight is 5370 lbs with full tip tanks (SA4025NM), otherwise, the standard 5090 lbs applies.
