Description

This is a project aircraft that hasn't flown in a few years. The last annual inspection was in November 2015, and it has flown 45 hours since then. It has always been stored in a hangar. It needs an annual inspection. The engine is currently disassembled for overhaul, which was never completed. Some parts are new or reconditioned. The crankshaft, case, rods, and rocker arms were overhauled and returned. The gears and cylinders are red tagged and need to be replaced. The cam lifters and fuel injection system still need inspection. The Spar AD has not been complied with, and the Prop AD is now due and has not been complied with. Complete logs are available, and there is no known damage history. The engine is apart, but all parts are with the aircraft.
