Pressurized 210 that has had a complete refresh in 2025; fresh paint, new engine, new propeller, and the latest and great avionics. Avionics / Equipment Panel included the latest and greatest Garmin has to to offer, including: TXI 500 with synthetic vision & Garmin EIS G5 GMA345 GTN 750 XI GNC215 GFC 600 GTX 345 Airframe Painted in summer of 2025, 100% certified known de-ice, all systems works. Pressurization works well, new seal for E-door installed at annual. Engines / Mods / Prop TSIO-520-P Everything under the cowling has been replaced or overhauled. Engine came from "Western Skyways" all warranty requirements have been complied with. Every fuel and oil line has been tested and replaced with PMA hose from "Precision Hose Technology" All turbo system components were overhauled by "Main Turbo" Propeller was inspected and overhauled by "Foster Props" Interior / Exterior Clean interior, no rips no tears, 5 seats currently installed, 6th seat is in storage in good condition, wrapped in plastic.
