1981 Cessna 172RG purchased from a flight school in Kansas that used it for instrument training. We used plane to get a few rating and now time to pass it on. It fly's great and had compliments from DPE's on how nice it flies. I flight plan at 130 kts. Burns a quart of oil in 10-12 hours. Engine is still very strong and has good compression numbers. Plane will have fresh annual for new owner and fresh 91:411 and 413 done. In 2014 it had a gear up landing and was repaired by a repair station.
