Description

This is a 1997 A36 Bonanza that has been upgraded with a turbo-normalizing system. It has a total time of 2540 hours. The engine is an IO-550 with 300 horsepower and a Whirlwind III Turbo-Normalizing System. It also has Turbo GAMI fuel injectors, D'Shannon engine cooling baffles, and an Electroair electronic ignition system. The engine has 840 hours since a major overhaul and 150 hours since a top overhaul with new cylinders. It has factory air conditioning and D'Shannon tip tanks. The plane features a Garmin GFC-500 autopilot with alt preselect, vertical speed select, yaw damp, and a level flight button. It also has a Garmin EFIS attitude indicator with flight director and Garmin EFIS HSI. The audio panel is a PS Engineering PMA 450BT with an intercom system. It includes an Avidyne IFD-550 GPS/Nav/Com with WAAS, an Avidyne IFD-440 GPS/Nav/Com with WAAS, a Garmin GDL-52 XM weather receiver, and a Garmin Aera 760 with Gizmo panel mount and XM weather, music, and charts. The transponder is an Avidyne AXP 340 with ADS-B Out. It also has a BFG WX-950 Stormscope and a 6-place built-in oxygen system. Other features include V/G's vortex generators, a 3-blade Hartzell Scimitar prop, a JPI EDM 830 engine monitor, G & D tinted window inserts, co-pilot brakes, an external power receptacle, strobe lights, LED landing, taxi, and strobe lights, a B & C standby alternator system, Rosen sun visors, shoulder harnesses for all seats, reversible club seating with an executive writing desk, USB ports on the panel, electric elevator trim, a control wheel map light, a control wheel clock, an alternate static air system, a D'Shannon flap and aileron gap seal speed mod, a leather interior with pilot & co-pilot sheep skin inserts. The annual inspection is due in October 2025 and was completed by an ABS certified shop.
