Eurocopter EC120B

Description

This is a Eurocopter EC120B helicopter made in 2002. It has flown for a total of 2600 hours. The 12-year inspection is due in 2026, and the 15-year inspection is due in 2029. The helicopter was repainted in jet black in 2015 and has a new gray leather interior from October 2013 with alcantara/suede centers. The 12-year inspection and 15-year engine inspection were completed in September 2014. A fresh ARC, annual inspection, and 1500-hour inspection were also completed at the same time. Mod 1 was fitted in May 2017. This EC120 should not need any major maintenance for many years. It could be a good first turbine helicopter because it is more expensive to buy than a Bell 206 but costs less to maintain. It has a fenestrom tail rotor for added safety and reduced noise.
