Description

2006 Cirrus SR-22TN Special Signature Edition #7 of 50 | Lovingly Maintained, Fully Upgraded, and Reluctantly For Sale After years of unforgettable flying, I’m reluctantly listing my 2006 Cirrus SR-22TN Special Signature Edition—aircraft #7 of only 50 ever produced. This plane has been an incredible companion and a true performer, and while it’s not easy to say goodbye, it’s time for me to make room for my next aircraft. With just 1,509 total flight hours, this SR-22T is in outstanding condition. I’ve always kept it hangared in a climate-controlled space, maintained it meticulously, and made sure it was ready for anything. In 2021, she had a full avionics upgrade to bring the panel up to modern standards. The setup includes dual Garmin 500-Txi touch screens for the PFD and MFD, a Garmin 750 and 650 touch screen GPS, and the Garmin 345R ADS-B in/out. It’s hard to overstate how intuitive and powerful this avionics suite is—it truly makes flying safer and more enjoyable. This aircraft is equipped for serious travel. With the Tornado Alley Turbonormalized engine, you can climb up to 25,000 feet with confidence. I’ve taken full advantage of its Precise Fixed Oxygen System and Inadvertent Ice Protection, allowing me to fly over weather, terrain, and unfamiliar airspace without hesitation. One of the things I’ll miss most is how comfortable and capable this aircraft is on long cross-country trips. I regularly flew from Tennessee to California, and no matter the distance or conditions, the SR-22TN handled it all with ease. The avionics kept me oriented and in control, and the cabin comfort meant I arrived feeling as good as when I departed. If you’re looking for a high-performance aircraft that delivers modern capabilities without the high price tag of a newer model, this Cirrus is a perfect fit. The annual was just completed in May 2025, and everything is up to date and ready for the next chapter.
