2010 RV-12, 763hrs on airframe and Rotax 912ULS engine, 59hrs on overhauled gearbox and prop, time will increase as I still fly it. All logs and extensive documentation, fresh condition inspection on 20 May 2026, Dynon D180 with AP74 autopilot, Garmin SL40, GTX327, and GPSmap496. All new silicone coolant hoses, new brake lines, new parking brake, new tires/tubes. This -12 is ready to go, N455HR is in great condition and has been hangared its entire life.
