Description

This Pitts Model 12 was built by Peter Borchert and first flown in 2017. It has a shortened body and wings with bigger ailerons, which makes it handle and perform well. It is in great shape and has dual controls and canopies for one or two people. It also has an upgraded smoke system. The cockpits have Hooker ratchet harnesses, and the hoses are now braided Aeroquip lines to last longer. Curtis Pitts designed the Model 12 in 1993. The first one flew in 1996, and Jim Kimball Enterprises improved it. The Model 12 is now well-known in the homebuilt and aerobatic communities.
