Description
If you are a STOL competitor, or if you simply want a very capable STOL aircraft for exploring the backcountry on your own, N859RK is a truly capable and unique aircraft. N859RK was professionally built, and its engine was built by Lycon. The aircraft was purpose-built for STOL capability, and designed to be as light as possible and to contain all the attributes that a competitive STOL pilot would desire. Powered by a Lycon IO-360-EXP, custom larger elevators, longer ailerons, Keller 10 ft fowler flaps (PSTOL-style). No fuel in wings, only in belly pod. 330 hrs TTAF/eng/prop. Basic VFR panel.
