Selling a really neat 1956 G35 Bonanza! It flies like a Cessna 150 yet goes 150kts. 4 seats and very comfortable. If you're stepping up from renting, on a budget, why have a pokey worn out 172 or a dumpy Cherokee when you can have a fast and fun Bonanza? 6900tt, 1130 smoh, 100 spoh. PM7000 audio panel, KS155, modern Stratus Transponder w/ADS-B, and an STEC 50 autopilot. Just add a Garmin GPS (older 430, or newer GNC355) and you'd have a real nice IFR machine. Interior is nice, paint not so much (it's mostly there, but clear coat is peeling). Ruddervators excellent. $55,000 OBO.
