Emirates now fly to over 140 destinations in more than 80 countries around the world. Over 1,500 Emirates flights depart Dubai each week, to destinations on six continents. In May 2015, Emirates Group reported that in the previous year, it had carried 49.3 million passengers and made profits of $1.5 billion, up 34%.
