Available on our H160 helicopter through an iPad tablet, it offers a smart access to the flight manual tailored to your helicopter configuration: • Quick and easy navigation through all the Aircraft library documents (RFM, MMEL, FCOM and QRH) • Immediate and efficient computation of the helicopter performance and weight & balance, allowing mission optimisation and enhanced safety. HCrew QRH The progressive deployment of the HCrew Quick Reference Handbook (HCrew QRH) will provide: • an easy, fast and intuitive access to normal and emergency procedures • a filtered display that reflects actual operational aircraft configurations. T.I.P.I. Immediate access to operational and maintenance directives published in real time such as alert service bulletins (ASBs), service bulletins (SBs) and safety information notices (SINs). https://www.airbushelicopters.com/techpub eDynamic Troubleshooting (eDTS) eDTS is a digital troubleshooting solution that functions through a series of questions and tests. This service identifies the root cause of faults that may occur during helicopter flight, while allowing significant time savings in technical tasks and reducing the workload of the technician. This service is only available on Helionix-suite aircraft (H135, H145, H160 and H175). 007 006Technical Support – TechData Technical Support – TechData WHEN IS IT UPDATED ? _TECHDATA are available and up-to-date on our customer portal (TechData services) as PDF and/or O.R.I.O.N. Interactive format Directives and approved part of the flight manual (EASA) are available and up-to-date through T.I.P.I. portal or T.I.P.I. App. https://www.airbushelicopters. com/techpub FLIGHT MANUAL is delivered in paper format or c-RFM solution with your helicopter. VENDORS DOCUMENTATION is available on our customer portal (TechData services) or USB Key. Note that in some cases, when Airbus Helicopters has not the distribution rights, vendors’ manuals are delivered as per vendor’s policy. ENGINE DOCUMENTATION is provided on USB Key at the aircraft delivery or accessible on line according to the engine manufacturer subscription policy. OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE DIRECTIVES are issued within short notice under T.I.P.I. TECHNICAL DATA ON PHYSICAL SUPPORT (USB key or paper) are available 15 days after their online revision. FLIGHT MANUAL REVISION is immediately available. TECHNICAL DATA are at least revised once a year and are available immediately online. ONLINE TECHNICAL DATA are always up-to-date. 008Technical Support – TechData At helicopter delivery, you have received the customised part in a specific format. It will be automatically incorporated in the next normal revision of interactive documentation (if subscribed). When necessary, any complementary part will be given within 4 months. Some manuals are completely basic, some are customised and divided into five groups. The customised section,
