Attachment 13 TCDS No. TL 0019 An-26, An-26B, An-26-100, An-26B-100 Issue 8 State Aviation Administration of Ukraine TYPE CERTIFICATE DATA SHEET No. TL 0019 Issue 10 November 29, 2019 This data sheet is an inalienable part of type Certificate No. TL 0019 issued on the basis of Certificate of the USSR of the An-26B (An-26) aircraft acceptance for operations in civil aviation, dated August 29, 1985, and establishes the conditions and limitations, according to which the product that is issued the Type Certificate meets the Technical requirements of Civil Aviation of the USSR to the An-26 aircraft, dated 1976. 1. Service life and life time Service life and life time of aircraft, engines, propellers and APU are specified in the Instruction for continued airworthiness for aircraft An-26 (all modifications) N2 26.04.00.000.000, Issue 2 or later the State Aviation Administration approved Revision. 20. Aircraft serial numbers cowered by Type Certificate TL 0019 Model An-26: from 18-09 to 92-04, with the exception of 26-05, 40-02, 58-06 and 71-08. TCDS No. TL 0019 An-26, An-26B, An-26-100, An-26B-100 Issue 8 Model An-26B: from 92-05 to 144-03, with the exception of 98- 07, 107-04, 113-05, 114-09, 116-03, 117-03, 121-10, 122-04, 129-08 and 142-05. NOTES: Note 1 There's allowed to perform the flights in Northern and Southern Semi- Spheres up to 70 degrees of Northern and 55 degrees of Southern Latitude: in airspace of CIS - on air routes and domestic air lines; over the reference terrain in cases of absence of FM communication coverage, determined for 80% efficient radio horizon, that doesn't exceed 1 hour; On international routes, equipped of VOR/DME and FM communication with channel spacing of 8,33 KHz, on the routes of area navigation of European Region (BRNAV) - if there's set the corresponding equipment according to the technical documentation of aircraft Design Organization according to the procedure approved by State Aviation Administration. Note 2 Payload can be increased up to 6300 kg within the permissible mass of the loaded aircraft without fuel of 22000 kg. Note 3 Passenger (up to 43 passengers) and pass/cargo transportation is allowed under the condition of modification of a certain aircraft in accordance with Technical Specification of aircraft Design Organization where there's provided additional requirements to Certification basis (see Par. 6 of this TCDS) and in accordance with the procedure approved by State Aviation Administration. The designation of the aircraft after the modification is An- 26B-100 (An-26-100). Note 4 An-26 aircraft being operated as State Aircraft during military, customs, frontier, militia and other duties is allowed under the condition of modification of a certain aircraft in accordance with Technical Specification of aircraft Design Organization and in accordance with the procedure approved by State Aviation Administration. Note 5 Under condition of airplane modification in accordance with the Specification of the Design Documentation NQ 26/704-2007 dated 07.09.2007 or subsequent approved by State Aviation Administration editions, the minimum flight crew is composed of 3 persons: pilot; co-pilot; flight engineer. Operation of aircraft with such minimum flight crew has to be in accordance with the operational documentation specified in Par. 18 of this TCDS and: - Amendment No.30 Airplane Flight Manual An-26 (An-26B), issue Kiev, 2001; - Addition No.363/B Aircraft technical description and technological guidelines, which are applied to aircraft modified in accordance with the Specification No. 26/704-2007. Note 6 Compliance with the aircraft noise requirements according to the ICAO standards of Chapter 2, the Annex 16 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago, 1944), is confirmed by the Noise Certificate NQ 41 issued by Aviation Register of Interstate Aviation Committee on January 19, 1994. TCDS No. TL 0019 An-26, An-26B, An-26-100, An-26B-100 Issue 8 Effective noise levels and 90% confidence intervals in three control measure points, EPN dB: during take-off on the side of runway 92,6 ± 0,68; during climb 91,1 ± 0,77; during approach 100,8 ± 0,56. Limitations, conditions and operational methods to assure mentioned noise levels are contained in the operational documentation (see Par. 18 of this TCDS) Note 7 Compliance with the requirements of the aircraft noise according to the standards of Chapter 3 of ICAO Standard, Annex 16 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago, 1944) is confirmed with taking into consideration the rules of compensation of aircraft An-26 (An-26B) with engines AI-24BT, propellers AB-72T and auxiliary engine RU19A- 300 Effective noise levels and 90% confidence intervals in three control measure points, EPN dB: during take-off on the side of runway 92,6 + 0,95; during climb 90,6 + 0,8; during climb 96,6 + 0,47 Limitations, conditions and operational methods to assure mentioned noise levels are contained in Amendment No.2 to the An-26 (An-26B) Flight Operations Manual, Kyiv, 2001. Note 8 In December 24, 2009 Design Organization (Type Certificate Holder) - Aviation Scientific Technical Complex «Antonov» and Manufacture Organization - Kyiv Aviation Plant «AVIANT» were combine with a new name - ANTONOV Company. The new name is indicated on all documents now. However, documents which keep the old name of the Design and Manufacture Organization, are valid.
