Power Plant

The HK36 Super Dimona is powered by either the Bombardier Rotax 912 S3 engine, producing 100 hp, or the Bombardier Rotax 914 F3 engine, producing 115 hp. Both engines are paired with an MT propeller MTV-21-A-C-F/CF 175-05, which is a 2-blade hydraulic constant speed propeller with a hydro pneumatic feathered pitch.

Performance and Consumption

The maximum cruise speed at 1,800 meters is 190 km/h TAS for the TC 100 and 222 km/h TAS for the TTC 115. The stall speed with airbrakes extended is 81 km/h CAS, and with airbrakes retracted, it is 78 km/h CAS. The rate of climb at ISA sea level is 4.9 m/s for the TC 100 and 5.4 m/s for the TTC 115.

Dimensions and Weight

The HK36 Super Dimona has a length of 7.28 m, a height of 1.90 m, and a wingspan of 16.33 m. It seats two people, with an empty weight of 560 kg for the TC 100 and 568 kg for the TTC 115. The maximum take-off mass (MTOM) is 770 kg for both variants, allowing for a payload of 210 kg for the TC 100 and 202 kg for the TTC 115.

Fuel Capacity

The aircraft can hold 55 liters in the standard tank and 79 liters in the long-range tank. Fuel grades acceptable for use include Avgas 100LL, ROZ 95, and Mogas.

Operational Limits

The maximum demonstrated crosswind for the TC 100 is 16 km/h and for the TTC 115 is 15 km/h. Both models have a maximum operating altitude of 5,000 meters.
