Conversion of Aerofiche rlphalnumeric code numbers: First number i s the Aerofiche card identifier. Letter is the horizontal line reference per card. Second number i s the mrtical line reference per card. Example: 2J16 = Aerofiche card number two of gimn smt, Grid location J16. To aid in locating the various sections and related information desired, the following is provided: iA complete Catalog Table of Contents is given at Grid 1A8 of Asrofiche card number 1 of this set. "150" and "160" manufactured by the Pipor Aircraft Corpontion of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. NOTE: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THIS CATALOG BE USED FOR RIGGING AND INSTALLATION PURPOSES. It is s u g ~ t e dthat this catalog be thoroughly nudied to determine its arragemmt prior to its utilization. 1. The catalog is divided into eleven 111) major sections described 8s followl: a. S a i o n I to X inclusiw contains all replacement pans for the complete airplanr. Each section i s subdivided and each division includes an illustmtion and a parts listing. b. S w i m XI is the Miscellaneous Group. This group includs a listing of the Optioml Equipment Kits. Repsir Kits and Special Tools. 2. The following i s a brief explanation of the columns in me w r t ~lining: a. The "FIGURE AND INDEX" column indicates the illustration figure number and in part index number. Example: (2.11, the 2 is the figure n u m b r and the 1 i s the index number. The figure number swam only at the top of each p l r n listing page or at the beginning of each new parts listing. b. The "PART NUMBER" column contains the i d n t i f y i n g number of the rsplamment part and this number must be shown on all Parts Ordm. c. The "CODE" column is for the purpose of indicating spacial uses of the pan. An explanation of the letter code used is shown below each lining. d. (Number Required) column represents the total quantity of parts used per aircraft per figure when the part i s nor indented and the quantity of parts used per assembly when the pan i s indented. The symbol "AR" lined in this column means "As Required". f. The "SERIAL NUMBERS AFFECTED" column indicates the pn application by airplane nrial numbers. Indentation Example: Indentations of listings in the "Nomenclature column" indicate "assemblies" and "components" or "pans", i n order of their indentations.
