COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998), PART 39 - 105 CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AUTHORITY SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES Page 1 of 1 AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-42/13 Amdt 1. Piper PA-42 (Cheyenne III) Series Aeroplanes AD/PA-42/13 Amdt 1 Main Landing Gear Forward Side Brace 4/2009 Requirement: CANCELLED. This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009. Background: This unique Australian AD specified inspection of MLG forward side braces P/N 57448-02/-03 at 50 hour intervals until reaching 800 hours component time in service when these parts must be replaced by P/N 85165-02/-03.
