Crew Face Mask Part Number: 174660-26 This item includes FAA Form 8130-3, dated 20-Nov-2018 which shows the part has been overhauled. It does not appear that the contents have been removed from the sealed bag, but the corner of the bag is not completely sealed (see photos). Due to the overhaul date and the open corner, we are calling the condition of the item "used".
