Up for sale is a serviceable BendixKing KX 165 VHF Navigation/Communications Transceiver. Please note that while the front faceplate says KX 155, the official factory data plate confirms this is a higher-featured KX 165, Part Number 069-1025-25.This is the highly desirable 28-Volt (27.5 VDC) model featuring 760 COMM channels, a 200-channel NAV receiver, a built-in VOR/LOC converter, and an integrated 40-channel Glideslope receiver. It is the perfect direct-replacement unit for high-performance singles and twins looking to drive an HSI directly.Part Number: 069-1025-25Voltage: 28 VDC (marked 27.5 VDC)Condition: Used, clean rear connector pins. Comes with a yellow "Return to Service" tag dated 2020. This unit was acquired through a Miami-Dade Aviation surplus auction. I do not have the required aircraft installation, wiring harness, antenna system, power cable, or avionics test equipment necessary to perform operational testing. The radio has not been powered on or functionally tested by me and is therefore being sold as untested. The attached repair station tag indicates the unit was repaired, inspected, and approved for return to service by Peninsula Avionics on 5/5/2020.
