This baffle wires and spring kit contains the necessary wires and springs for you to create the baffle fasteners that will then fit on your Cessna 310R/T310R 1975-81 for 1 Engine . The C-310R kit contains: 1 each 6" wires for making: 0450277-203 (0450277-3) 2 each 12" wires for making: 0450277-202 (0450277-2) 1 each 20" wires for making: 0450277-210 (0450277-10) 4 each springs (0450277-11) An extra 20" wire, just in case... Wire bending template Some kits cover multiple years and models. To simplify the ordering, we have included all the wires and springs necessary for you to make the baffle fasteners for your aircraft. Depending on your specific year, make, and/or serial number, you may have an extra spring and wire along with the extra wire provided in each kit. If you purchased the correct kit and you find you don't have the correct number or correct lengths of wires or springs, please contact us ASAP and we will make it right. The wires and springs in this kit are not TSO or PMA. You will finish producing the baffle fastener by cutting the wire to the length needed, using the old wire or the provided template to make the “hook” end, and assess the quality of the part before installing it. By doing these three steps, you have assisted in producing the baffle fastener. By finishing the wire to its proper length and shape, you have participated in the design and manufacture of the part. It will be your sole responsibility to ensure the quality of the part meets the required quality level.
