Arizona Air Salvage Beechcraft B58TC Power plant: Continental TSIO-520-WB 325 H.P. L/H position Power plant has 1825 SMOH S/N 248167-R 7th stud case Selling engine firewall forward with all accessories as seen. Crank flange dial out .001 Included with sale: Baffling Turbo Assy. Fuel servo Fuel s pider Fuel pump Oil pump Magnetos Exhaust Oil cooler Intake Oil sump Starter Alternator Prop Governor Log books and available paperwork Previous log Entries: 09/2024 Williams Aviation  Drained oil and took oil sample. Removed filter and cut open and no defects noted at this time. Installed tempest 4808-2. Installed 12 qt. Phillips XC20W50. 06/2024 Williams Aviation  Drained oil and took oil sample. Removed filter and cut open and no defects noted at this time. Installed tempest 4808-2. Installed 12 qt. Phillips XC20W50. 05/2024 William Aviation  C/W annual inspection per FAR 43(D) Compression checks as follows #1 67/80 #2 70/80 #3 71/80 #4 20/80 #5 71/80 #6 75/80. Removed cylinder number 4 and installed new cylinder assy. 658810a2 included new piston and rings and replaced wrist pin with new P/N:SA630046. Tested compression after new cylinder and was 79/80. Removed all fuel injectors and cleaned and reinstalled using new O-rings and gaskets. Checked timing and adjusted as necessary, removed and cleaned and gapped all plugs and tested and reinstalled, Removed oil filter and cut open. Installed 48108-2   and 12qts of PhillipsxC20W50.  Reviewed AD's thru 2024-09 biweekly. I Certify that this engine has been inspected in accordance with an annual inspection and was determined to be in an airworthy condition. We will email or text log book entries upon request.
