This order modifies the acronym NOTAM from Notices to Airmen to Notices to Air Missions.

Effective February 10, 2025, the term Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) is changed back to Notice to Airmen (NOTAM), and the title of FAA Order 7930.2 is being changed to “Notice to Airmen (NOTAM).” Recommendation: Update Publications, Manuals, and Reference Materials accordingly as this change became effective 02/10/2025.
