Installed new Jack Screw and Yoke. Fabricated new rudder cables, elevator cables, flap cables, ailerons cables, and carry through cables. Installed all new fairleads. Installed new trim pulley, trim cables, trim pulley. Installed new carb heat control. Installed new mixture control. Installed new shock cords. Fabricated new shock cord covers assembly. Fabricated all new interior sheet metal skins. Installed new flexible brake lines. Installed new nose bowl. Fabricated new top cowl, bottom cowl, and doors. Installed new floorboards. Installed new landing light lens. Installed new rudder pedals front and rear. Installed new side glass, sky lite, windshield. Engine mounts sandblasted and primed with epoxy primer. Installed new engine mount rubber bushings. Recovered complete Aircraft with Ceconite #I02. Three coats nitrate dope. Three coats non-taunting butyrate dope. Six coats aluminum non-taunting butyrate dope. Three coats Juneau white butyrate dope trimmed in Pontiac red butyrate dope.
