Description

This is a 1972 Piper Cherokee Six, model PA-32. It has a total time of 5691 hours. The engine is a Lycoming IO-540-IO-540K1A5 with 1754.5 hours since major overhaul. It features new magnetos installed in September 2020, a JPI EDM 830 engine monitor, a new fuel pump from 2022, Champion Iridium spark plugs, and a new muffler installed in November 2024. The fuel selector valve was rebuilt in 2023. The propeller is a Hartzell with 1754 hours since overhaul and 548 hours since the prop governor was rebuilt. It includes an Altimatic III B-1 autopilot without altitude hold, electric trim, a refurbished Garmin 430 WAAS Com w/NAV, a TK MMX10B Com 2 w/ NAV, an Appareo Stratus 3i ESG transponder, a Garmin GMA 350 audio panel, and an ACK 30.9 altitude encoder. It also has a built-in Sirius docking station, a 12-volt power tow, external battery cables, and a 406 MHZ emergency beacon expiring in March 2027. The aircraft has pitot heat and all new ground wires. The exterior is white with green and gold trim. The interior was completely redone in October 2014 with tan Ultraleather fabric and carpet. It has six seats and includes a rear-facing seat. It has 40 hours since the main gear struts were rebuilt, all new tinted glass installed in May 2021, a new brake master cylinder from 2021, and a 2026 Customs and Border Protection sticker. It also comes with a canvas custom cover, cowl plugs, and a Knots 2U wing root fairing kit. The aircraft has always been hangared in Boca Raton.
