This 1975 Cessna 182P was purchased and upgraded for backcountry exploring. The owner looked for a low-time, corrosion-free airframe to start the project and then upgraded it with the best options available. The plan was for the owner to get their instrument rating and then repaint the aircraft and eventually install the Airplanes IO-550 setup to complete the project. Plans have changed, and the owner wants to sell it in its current status. This is a very nice aircraft and has had extensive work done to it over the last couple of years. It comes with an extra copilot door with an opening window that was planned to be installed when the paint was done. You can buy and fly it as is or continue with the upgrades.
