LOW Time Cherokee 140

Description

Low time 1974 Piper Cherokee 140 with only 3230 hours total time since new. 1100 hours SMOH and 75 hours on IRAN due to low compression. All logbooks since new. Was exported to Guatemala when new and brought back to the US in 1979. Logbooks reflect damage history in 1976, and NTSB report shows an incident in 1985. Updated Garmin radio and UAvionix wingtip beacon for ADS-B out. Paint had had some touchup work but is still shiny. Interior in good condition. Has front seats only, no rear. Annual due June 1, 2027 and currents transponder certification. Useful load 768 pounds.
