Release date: 06.02.2017 Effective date: 06.02.2016 Completion date: Superseded notice: none Model: A-22LS, A-22L2 Serial number(s) affected: see below Page 1 of 3 AEROPRAKT SERVICE BULLETIN No. SB A22LS-15 Address: 24, Polyova str., 03056 Kyiv, Ukraine E-mail: air@prakt.kiev.ua, aeroprakt.kiev@gmail.com phone: +38 044 496 77 21, fax: +38 044 496 77 31 Page 2 of 3 1) Planning information 1.1) Aircraft affected Aeroprakt-22LS airplanes S/N 1-282; Aeroprakt-22L2 airplanes S/N 345-528. 1.2) Reason Experience of Aeroprakt-22LS and Aeroprakt-22L2 airplanes’ operation revealed some maintenance tasks that either may be excluded or performed over a longer period of time. 1.3) Subject Amendment to all versions of «Aeroprakt-22LS Aircraft Maintenance Manual» and «Aeroprakt-22L2 Aircraft Maintenance Manual». 1.4) Compliance This amendment should be done to the AMM of all Aeroprakt-22LS and Aeroprakt-22L2 airplanes in operation. The required ammendments were introduced into the AMM of A-22LS aircraft starting from S/N 283 and A-22L2 aircraft starting from S/N 529. 1.5) Approval The technical content of this Service Bulletin has been approved by Aeroprakt. 1.6) Manpower Estimated man-hours: 10 minutes. 1.7) Mass data Mass change – none. 1.8) Revision of other documents None. 1.9) Spare parts None. 2) Spare parts information None AEROPRAKT SERVICE BULLETIN No. SB A22LS-15 Address: 24, Polyova str., 03056 Kyiv, Ukraine E-mail: air@prakt.kiev.ua, aeroprakt.kiev@gmail.com phone: +38 044 496 77 21, fax: +38 044 496 77 31 Page 3 of 3 3) Accomplishment / Instructions In the Aircraft Maintenance Manuals of A22LS airplanes and A22L2 airplanes 3.1) In the Inspections section correct the inspection interval from 50 to 100 hours in the following lines of the inspection schedule table and delete the 50 hour column of the table as shown below: Inspection/Servicing action  and its interval in hours  50 100 200 500 1000 2000 Landing gear Inspect the wheel fairings for cracks, ruptures and damaged paint X X Check the torque and locking of the fairing attachment bolts/nuts X X Inspect the mud-screens for fatigue cracks and deformation2 X X Check the torque and locking of the mud-screen attachment bolts/nuts2 X X Cooling system Check torque of the water inlet elbow hose clamps, tighten if necessary X X Cockpit heating system Inspect warm air duct for damage.
