SERVICE BULLETIN SBWT9-583-2025 Revision: 0 Date: 20.08.2025 Modification of Aircraft Serial Number DY-583/2016 Page 1 of 3 A. SUBJECT: Modification of the aircraft Type from WT-9 Dynamic to aircraft Type WT 9 600 RG with MTOW 600 kg. B. AFFECTED: DY-583/2016. C. REASON: Aerospool spol. s r. o. issues this Service Bulletin in order to transfer the subjected aircraft from the type WT-9 Dynamic to the type WT 9 600 RG. After compliance with this service bulletin, the aircraft will become the type WT 9 600 RG and will comply with the Type Certificate No. 970-20 1 dated 13.03.2023. For that purpose, the modifications listed in the section “D” must be performed. D. REQUIRED ACTION: Perform the following modifications of the aircraft: 1. Apply the reinforcements of fuselage shells and the reinforcements of side fuselage stiffeners according to drawing MDYN-101-012. 2. Apply the reinforcements around the opening in the rescue system board according to drawing MDYN-101-013. 3. Apply the reinforcements on the seats according to drawing MDYN-101-009. 4. Replace the origin main strap’s anchors by the main strap’s anchors DYN-160-01-1, install the washers DYN-160-10, install the consoles DYN-160-13-L and DYN-160-13-P according to drawing DYN-160ZP-C. 5. Bond the rescue system rocket Magnum 601 holders DYN-16003MZPLSA and DYN16002MZPLSA according to drawing DYN-107-G. 6. Apply the reinforcements of main spar under the attachment points for main gear drag strut according to drawing MDYN-101-011. 7. Perform the heat treatment of modified composite structures of airframe for 15 hours at temperature 55 °C. 8. Repair the paint of modified composite structures according to AMM. 9. Install the rescue system Magnum 601 S-LSA according to drawing DYN-160ZP-F. 10. Replace the origin elevator control rear stop by elevator control rear stop DYN-601-06-3 according to drawing DYN-601-I. 11. Replace the origin elevator control push rod 2 by elevator control push rod DYN-601-03-GB according to drawing DYN-601-I. 12. Weld the triangle stiffeners DYN-170-94-32 to the engine mount according to drawing DYN-170-104-ZP. 13. Replace the origin drag struts DYN-240-04-ZP and DYN-240-05-ZP by drag struts DYN-240-04-ZP6 and DYN-240-05-ZP6 according to drawing DYN-240ZP-B. 14. Replace the origin trailing links DYN-240-02-ZP or DYN-240-02-ZP6 or DYN-240-02-ZP6a or DYN-240-02-ZP6b by trailing link DYN-240-02-ZP6c according to drawing DYN-240ZP-B. 15. Replace the origin bolt DYN-240-25-ZP in connection of nose leg damper and trailing link by a bolt DYN-240-28-ZP according to drawing DYN-240ZP-B. 16. Replace the origin damper body in nose leg by damper body DYN-240-03-ZP-1 according to drawing DYN-240ZP-B. 17. Replace the origin damping elements and rings in nose landing gear by damping elements N3931-001 and rings DYN-240-06-ZPc according to drawing DYN-240ZP-B. Replace the origin nose leg DYN-240-01-ZP by nose leg DYN-240-01-ZP6 according to drawing DYN-240ZP-B. 19. Remove the origin pitot-static probe and install the pitot-static probe DYN-901-01-A according to drawing DYN-901-B. 20. Install the stall strips D574000040 and D574000050 according to drawing DYN-520-A. 21. Apply full-length fire-resistant insulation Pyrojacket PJ-08 of oil hoses. Apply Pyrosil PST-16 tape at the ends of fire-resistant insulation. 22. Install the canopy lock with safety latch and sensor according to DV WT9 10B / 2019. 23. Adjust the fuel reserve warning to 10 l per fuel tank and perform calibration of fuel quantity indication according to NDO-FORM5-004.1. 24. Adjust limitations and airspeed color marking in the EFIS and analogue instruments according to POH for WT 9 600 RG. 25. Update interior and exterior placards and markings according to drawing DYN-020-EN. 26. Perform pitot-static system leak test according to NDO-FORM5-050.1. 27. Perform measurement of control surfaces deflections according to NDO-FORM5-053.1. 28. Install the stainless-steel placard DYN-700-01-15 with the below information into the aircraft according to drawing MDYN-700-001. The original data plate shall remain in the aircraft. Update the Equipment List of the aircraft. 30. Determine the weight and balance after modification according to NDO-FORM5-051.1. 31. Update information in the POH. 32.
