Either Concorde’s RG-380E/60L (48Ah) or RG-380E/53L (53Ah) may be installed in place of the original equipment Nickel Cadmium, Lithium Ion or Lead Acid battery. Concorde’s RG-380E Series of batteries have the same design footprint and are therefore interchangeable without airframe modification. 1. Remove existing main battery from the aircraft in accordance with (IAW) the Aircraft Maintenance Manual Section 24-31-10-4 (not supplied). 2. Install Temperature Sensor TS-C1B on the Concorde replacement battery IAW Concorde Drawing 5-0117. 3. Install the Concorde replacement battery into the aircraft, following procedures IAW the Aircraft Maintenance Manual or Cessna Service Bulletin SB525C-24-05.
