The information contained herein supplements or supersedes the information of the basic Airplane Flight Manual. G550-2016-01 PREFACE This Airplane Flight Manual Supplement provides the limitations for Gulfstream GV-SP (G550 I G500) aircraft having sealant compound improperly applied to the APU enclosure. SECTION 1 LIMITATIONS Under 01-49-10: APU Operation, add paragraph 6 6. APU Operation Limits: Ground: Unattended ground operations of the APU are prohibited. Flight: Use of the APU during flight is prohibited except for the following conditions: • Dual engine failure during flight • Dual generator failure during flight • Single engine failure during flight • Single generator failure during flight The APU may be operated in-flight for the purpose of "bleeds off" takeoff, up to a maximum of 5000 ft AGL.
