Mooney M20A — Normal Procedures

This document is an Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) for the Garmin GFC 500 Autopilot system installed in Mooney M20J and M20K aircraft. • The GFC 500 autopilot must not be used during takeoff and landing.

• The autopilot must be disengaged below 200 feet AGL during approach operations.
• The GFC 500 system is approved for Category 1 precision and non-precision approaches only.
• A pilot must be seated with the seatbelt fastened during all autopilot operations.
