A hazard modification was discovered on a Savage airplane belonging to an American customer.
Subject of Bulletin
The bulletin addresses the installation of unauthorized metallic clips over the rudder cable pulley.

Kvetna 685 763 61 Napajedla Czech Republic Service Bulletin Nº01 19 SEP 2007 CAUTION • Airplanes affected: all Savage airplanes and models • Reason: We found an hazard modification on a Savage of an American customer • Subject: We found in the airplane of a customer a modification not authorized from the Zlin Aviation s.r.o.. The customer has installed two metallic clips in the rear zone of the airplane over the rudder cable pulley like shown in the picture. It is mandatory to remove these metallic clips (that can wear the rudder cable) and to bring back the airplane in the original conditions. After that, is mandatory to check the cable. We remember you that modifications of Savage airplanes are not admitted if not authorized from Zlin Aviation s.r.o. because all modifications can cause serious injury to people or things.
