ZLIN Z-126 — Service Bulletins

This document is a mandatory service bulletin for the Zlin Z-126 and Z-226 MS aircraft, detailing safety-related engineering aspects approved by the Czech CAA. It outlines the necessary checks and compliance instructions following a non-standard modification of the front fuselage spar.

• Effective for ZLIN Z 226 MS serial numbers 750, 804, and 839.
• Check for cracks in welds where wing flap lever brackets are attached.
• Particular checks must be done immediately after receipt of the bulletin.
• Regular checks are required every 50 flight hours.
• Checks should be performed during aircraft overhaul.
• Manufacturer MORAVAN-AEROPLANES, Inc. must be informed if cracks are found.
• Visual checks should be done with a minimum 10x magnifying glass.
• No additional materials are required for the checks.
