It is also the responsibility of that Aircraft Certification field office to monitor the quality of the interaction being conducted under the Management Plan and to provide bilateral relationship feedback on these interactions. This may be done by defining and measuring key metrics that allow for the monitoring of the performance of the technical activity and overall health and confidence of the partnership.
