Here’s a 1969 Cherokee 140 with 160 HP upgrade and Power Flow Exhaust (30% climb rate and fuel burn decrease)! It’s currently undergoing an Annual Inspection on the West Coast (Whiteman Airport, near Burbank, CA). The prior owner passed away in 2018 and his estate just donated it. Though it could use a new paint job (its been baking in the CA sunshine) the interior has been protected by window shades. Even so, the interior is original and looks it. The Avionics include a panel mounted GPS integrated with an S-Tec Auto-Pilot. No ADS-B is currently installed but might be negotiable before the Annual is complete. All the wheel pants will be installed. Our plan is to sell it from Whiteman Airport rather than bring it back to the Midwest.
