1978 Piper PA-44 Seminole. Hard to find twin in today's market, especially one that's IFR capable and ready to go to work. ~8,600 TT airframe. Complete logs from 1997 to present. Logbooks from 1978-1997 are missing, but all records from 1997 forward have been scanned and consolidated into a single organized logbook. Aircraft has been used as a trainer its entire life and has damage history including prior prop strikes, all reflected in the price. Right engine approx 1,800 SMOH. Left engine approx 2,500 SMOH (over TBO). Both engines are currently running and flying. Both props approx 1,367 hours since overhaul. Features upgraded top prop.
