Description
This 1979 Cessna 172N has a 180hp engine upgrade and a useful load of 1050 lbs. It has only 1570 hours since it was new. The engine was overhauled 930 hours ago, and new fluid lines were installed in 2025. The engine was inspected after a prop strike in 2019 and had new parts installed. A new propeller was installed in 2019. The plane has had a major avionics upgrade, including a Garmin G3X 10" display, GEA 24B engine information system, GTR 20 remote comm, G5 backup, 345 audio panel, GFC 500 autopilot, GTN 750, GDL 50R ADSB, and GDL 88 remote transponder. It also has an iPad mini mount. The paint and interior are in very good condition. The plane had a prop strike and nose strut damage, which were repaired.
