Technical data has been approved by EASA under Approval No.: □ INFORMATION □ RECOMMENDED MANDATORY Page 1 of 2 A. SUBJECT: Inspection of propeller SR2000DN installed at the aircraft WT9 Dynamic LSA. B. AFFECTED AIRPLANES: Aircraft with installed propeller’s S/N: 260120, 46083, 11054, 06065 C. REASON: Occurrence of a propeller blade separation during the engine ground test. D. REQUIRED ACTION: The propeller inspection at propeller manufacturer Woodcomp Propellers s. r. o. 1. Remove the propeller from the aircraft according to Aircraft Maintenance Manual. 2. Send the propeller to propeller’s manufacturer: Woodcomp Propellers s. r. o. Vodolská 4 250 70, Odolena Voda Czech Republic 3. After the inspection inform the aircraft manufacturer via email airworthiness@aerospool.sk about: • S/N of aircraft • S/N of propeller • Operating time of the propeller • Findings of the inspection 4. Install the propeller to the aircraft according to Aircraft Maintenance Manual. E. COMPLIANCE: Before next flight. F. WEIGHT AND BALANCE: None. G. ACTION CARRIED OUT BY: Propeller removal/installation: Approved Maintenance Organisation, Part-66 qualified maintenance personnel.
